At the age of 62, new Red sox manager Bobby Valentine is still the self-absorbed, preening, a**hole that he’s been all his life.

Good things, Andrew Breitbart dies, can happen to bad people.

In a country filled with Republicans who can’t seem to get any lower in their ongoing abasement of human beings in general and women in particular, Rush Limbaugh, has an extra-special room waiting for him in hell.

Newt Gingrich is almost as good of a businessman as he is a faithful husband.

Not even a broken nose and concussion can stop the Lakers Kobe Bryant.

Success in the NBA can come and go in the blink of an eye. Isn’t that right, Lamar Odom?

The New England Patriots’ “Spygate” scandal of a few seasons ago is about to be eclipsed by the New Orleans Saints ”Bountygate”.

There still is a place in politics and public service for class, compassion, dignity, good manners and last, but surely not least, common decency.

UCLA has some serious problems in its men’s basketball program that may be the downfall of head coach Ben Howland.

Finally, that dreams, no matter how big and outrageous they may seem, can and do come true:
